Whilst browsing the search results engine results page recently we noticed there was an additional line above the paid search ads (in the orange box).

Essentially this will have minimal impact, but seems to intended to identify how the ads have been placed simply by repeating the exact query. In the screenshot below the ad is likely to be broad-matching across credit cards rather then the entire phrase.

Google may just be simply trying to protect itself given some recent legal decisions abroad. But from a user perspective it might just reinforce the fact that these are ads, now that it is mentioned four times on the page!
